Theft and Loss Protection
We offer an optional protection service in the event that your rental mobile phone is stolen, lost, or damaged during the rental period. You can save lots of money for compensation.
Your damages above may be covered with your liability insurance including travel insurance or supplementary service of your credit card. We recommend to make sure it with your insurance or credit card company before application.
- Protection premium ￥252 per day (inc. tax)
- We will take a pre-authorization of ￥45,000 per handset from your credit card to secure the payment. This pre-authorization will temporarily reduce the limit of your credit card by ￥45,000 until the expiry of the pre-authorization period. But the amount will not be deducted from your credit card account. It is reserved for our charge. If your card is useful as a debit card, there will be process as a debit transaction automatically and withdrawal from your account. The difference will be credit through your bank after the settlement of your account.

Booking
Please apply via our website or » FAX(Please download FAX application form.).
Please read and agree with “Terms and Conditions” before booking.
Application deadline：4 business days before arriving in Japan.
We request that the user of the phone apply in person.
- For legal purposes (Act for the prevention of illegal Mobile phone Use),
please forward a copy of your passport (Pages that include your name, address, birthday) by FAX or e-mail to our office. - Confirmation of booking: We will send a confirmation slip to your e-mail address or FAX.
- Invoice for basic charge (Credit Card)
- You will receive your rental mobile phone number in 3days before arriving in Japan with e-mail or FAX.
- Mobile phone will be delivered to your nominated address or hotel on your arriving date ＜by courier＞
- You can use your mobile phone on the Soft Bank mobile network.
- Please return your mobile with pre-paid envelope.
You can send it from hotel or major convenience store. - You will receive itemized call detail in the middle of the following month with your e-mail or FAX.
- Any additional charges will be invoiced for the following month
* Please note that our billing may delay sometimes due to carrier’s conditions.
You will receive invoice for the following two to three months.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel our service before use we may ask
you to make a payment for the following.
- ￥2,100 will apply 3 days before delivery date.
- ￥1,260 for shipment charges will be added if handset is on its way.
